We received this watch at the end of 10 days, and it does not work. So we made a return request with Amazon, which has (supposedly) sent our request to the provider who has given us no new since, it's been more than a month while the answer was not to exceed 10 days. We are very disappointed by this provider, as well as by the followed put in place by Amazon (we have no news since). On arrival, the glazed part of the back was cracked. And is downright removed little by little (even though the watch was REALLY well packaged, so for this point I think just bad luck). At the end of two/three days, the watch no longer worked. I rise, but nothing was done. It work again only a few seconds each time (maybe the mechanism is a bit damaged due to the loss of the glazed part, yet I am very careful when I take it). For the rest, I'm satisfied. But it is also a lot.. I am disappointed, especially as it was for a gift, and that I don't have the time to buy something else now. I would not recommend this purchase because the watch is running 1 week and then starts to delay, I wanted to change the battery, but it is my confirm that the battery is full.... I send mail to sunluxymall but no answer. So I warn.... I am a nurse and I love this little watch. Considering the price I bought 3 just in case. Very handy to have the time constantly it is indispensable for me to manage my time.
